Intorduction

Φ114 Pipe Welding Line is mainly used to weld round and square/ rectangular pipes.

This line utilizes roll forming to process steel strip into various shapes. It is also capable of squeezing weld seam into closed profile through high frequency induction heating to make profiles for various diameters and sizes.

This line uses double radius pass design for forming.

Advantage of the line:

Easy adjustment, good weld seam quality, rigid machine structure and easy operation and maintenance. Horizontal roll stand and vertical roll stand share the same quick-change base, which makes the roll can be take off from the drive shaft easier, and save more time. The forming stand arrangement of this line uses double radius pass design.
